By using yizhiweb.top you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They are written to be read rather than to be legally impressive, and each section says what it actually means in practice.

What the tools are, and what they are not

The site provides utilities that transform text, numbers, dates, images and files in your browser. They are calculators and converters: they apply a documented rule to the input you give them. They are not advisory services, and using one does not create any professional relationship.

No advice, estimates only

Financial, tax, academic and measurement results are estimates for general information only. A margin calculator applies arithmetic to the numbers you enter; it does not know your tax position, your currency's rules or your accountant's conventions. A date calculator counts days; it does not know which days are public holidays in your country.

Always confirm a figure that matters with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal, medical or religious advice, and no output should be relied on as if it were.

Accuracy and the limits of a conversion

We test every tool and document the rule it applies, but a converter can only be correct relative to its stated scope. Three limits are worth stating explicitly:

• Input validity is your responsibility. A tool that converts a date assumes the date exists; one that converts a number assumes the number is what you meant. Garbage in, garbage out, with a plausible-looking result.
• Locale and convention vary. Roman numeral forms, name transliterations, and date formats have more than one accepted convention. The tool states which one it applies; a different convention may produce a different — and equally valid — answer.
• Refusals are deliberate. When a value is outside a tool's supported range, the tool reports that rather than guessing. An empty result or an “out of range” message is a correct answer, not a bug.

Acceptable use

You may use the tools for personal, educational and commercial purposes at no cost. You must not:

• attempt to disrupt the site, or access it at a rate that degrades service for other people;
• use the site to break any applicable law, or to process material you have no right to process;
• present the site or its output as your own product, or misrepresent its results to a third party;
• remove or obscure attribution where content is reproduced elsewhere.

Automated access for indexing by a search engine is welcome within the crawl rules in robots.txt. Scraping the whole catalogue to republish it is not.

Your input stays yours

Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive the text, files or values you enter, and we claim no licence over them. There is no account, so there is nothing stored that we could disclose, sell or lose. The privacy policy sets out the limited data that third-party services receive.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code and original explanatory text belong to yizhiweb.top. You may quote a passage with attribution and a link; you may not republish the catalogue or its text wholesale. Open specifications and datasets referenced on the site remain under their own licences and are attributed on the relevant pages.

Availability

The site is provided as-is and without a service-level commitment. It may be unavailable during maintenance or after an infrastructure failure, and individual tools may be changed or removed. Because a tool runs in your browser, an outage does not affect a result you have already obtained, but it does mean you should not build a pipeline that depends on the site being up at a specific moment.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its results.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory consumer-protection rule in your jurisdiction applies, it applies regardless of this section.

Third-party links and advertising

The site is supported by third-party advertising. Advertisements are served by an external network and are the responsibility of the advertiser and that network, not of yizhiweb.top. We do not endorse an advertised product, and a click on an advertisement takes you to a site with its own terms and privacy policy.

Links to external specifications and sources are provided for verification. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes to the site and to these terms

Tools may be changed, corrected or retired at any time; a retired page is redirected rather than left to return an error. These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of the page will change when they are. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version.
